placing an order is an offer to buy. we confirm it by email once payment goes through. if something is out of stock or a price is wrong, we'll contact you and refund you in full rather than send you something you didn't want.

prices are in canadian dollars. ontario HST is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

local pickup is free — we'll email you to arrange a time and place. local delivery is $5.00 within 25 km, and shipping is a flat $12.99 anywhere in ontario, sent with tracking. both are free on orders over $99. timing is a best effort rather than a guarantee — local drop-offs happen around the salon day, and the carrier's schedule isn't ours. if your address turns out to be outside the delivery zone, or outside ontario, we'll email you before anything goes out and refund if we can't sort it.

FIRST10 is for first orders, one per customer. cards that come with an order carry their own code. the 10% bulk discount applies automatically at 10 boxes or more. only one discount applies to an order — codes don't stack with each other or with the bulk discount.
